Customer Stages

#1 New Leads - Where the leads start from (Automation is most aggressive here)

#2 Follow Up With - If they seem like a good lead and need to be contacted manually soon (Automation gives you 30 days before it helps out).

#3 Stop Automation/Nurture - Stop The Automation

#4 Estimate Scheduled/Sent - Estimate is Scheduled or Sent

#5 Job Scheduled - A time has been set for a scheduled job.

#6 Service Completed(Ask for Feedback/If Positive Send Review Request) - Job is completed and we want to trial for a review. The system will ask if they had a good experience, if they respond positive... we send a review. If they respond negative to this sequence, we will add a task for you to follow up with them and address the situation.

#7 Finished - Opportunities are placed here automatically after the Review Stage. You can also place opportunities here if you don't want to ask for a review. This stage will mark the contact as opportunity status "Won"

Opportunity Status Definitions

OPEN: Lead could still possible become a customer

WON: Lead has became a customer and paid

LOST: The opportunity was missed but they were originally looking for the service.

ABANDONED: It was a marketer or just completely irrelevant or outside the service area.
